W type radiant tube:mostly used on continuous annealing, vertical annealing furnace of galvanizing lines. In the nitrogen and hydrogen protection atmosphere, burning of natural gas or coke oven gas inside the tube heat the strip steel from room temperature to 750-950℃quickly and evenly through the outer tube radiation heat transfer for the annealing treatment. The straight tube sections are centrifugal castings, and the tube fittings are static castings.

I-type radiant tube: Wide and heavy plate heat treatment radiant tubes are used on normalizing furnace and quenching furnace. Under the nitrogen and hydrogen protection atmosphere, the temperature is 550- 950 ℃in the furnace. The diameter is 300mmm and heated by burner.
Common material: ZG45Ni48Cr28W5Si2.
Electric radiant tube:used for continuous annealing line and galvanizing line and is famous for its uniform heating and controllable temperature.
The outer tube: centrifugal casting
Internal heating: electric heating core.
The general diameter: OD203mm, OD216mm,etc.
Common material: ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2
Radiant tube support: welded on the elbow of radiant tube to support it.
Material: same with the radiant tube elbow.
