      Direct reduction iron is the low carbon porous substances formed by fine iron powder or iron oxide in the furnace through low temperature reduction. The content is stable and has fewer impurities which are used as raw materials of steel making for electric arc furnace; it could be the coolant in reformer steelmaking and also be used for powder metallurgy after secondary reduction.

      Sliding block: usually used for hot rolled slab stepping beam furnace, welded above the water beam to support the heat-resistant slab sliding.

      The elbow of radiant tube: elbows of W type or U type radiant tubes, used to connect the straight tube section.

    • Summary:

      The centrifugal casting machine is designed with NPA patented know-how. The casting parameter (incl. centrifugal speed, mold temperature control (automatic heating system, centrifugal acceleration rate, speed control) are programmed in PLC to ensure the consistency of the quality.

    • Summary:

      The quality of the steel is improved from the essence, and the material is mixed in a separate area. Every batch of raw material after drying kiln (heating furnace) is preheated to remove the moisture (water), reduce the oxygen, hydrogen into the smelting furnace.
      The Induction furnaces are designed environment-friendly consisting of: IGBT controlled power unit, PLC control with programmed melting process, liquid steel temperature control and gas protection system etc.

    • Summary:

      The key part of reducing reformer furnace is reformer tube. Reformer tube is centrifugal casting; its working temperature is 900-1000 degrees. Common diameter is 200-300 mm.
